全體師生：
由于新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，我校已推遲了新學(xué)期開學(xué)時(shí)間。為更好應(yīng)對疫情，做好各項(xiàng)防控工作，現(xiàn)面向師生通知如下：
AISU has put off the start date of the new semester due to the pneumonia caused by novel corona virus. Hereby are some notifications for the prevention and control of the pneumonia for all the teachers and students:
1. 面對疫情，全體師生尤其是外籍教師需增強(qiáng)自我防護(hù)意識，盡量不要到人群密集地方活動，采取科學(xué)預(yù)防措施，并積極配合學(xué)校工作安排。如出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱并伴有咳嗽、呼吸困難等急性呼吸道感染癥狀，應(yīng)及時(shí)向?qū)W校報(bào)告，積極配合診治和疫情排查。目前不在校的師生，需在學(xué)校通知的時(shí)間返校，切勿提前返校。全體外籍教師需每日向國際交流處匯報(bào)所在地、行程及身體情況。
Facing the pneumonia, it is advised that all the teachers and students enhance sense of self-protection, avoid crowded public places, take effective preventive measures and abide by the arrangements of our school. In case of having a fever with symptoms of acute respiratory infection such as cough or breathing difficulties, please actively report to school and cooperate with the preventive measures and treatments. All of you shall not return back to school before the noticed start date of the new semester. Foreign teachers shall daily report to the school’s International department about your destination, travelling plan and health situation.
2. 在疫情解除之前，暫停學(xué)校及師生個(gè)人的一切對外交流活動。近日合肥市出入境管理部門已發(fā)布通知：
Before getting over the pneumonia, all of the university’s and individual’s foreign exchange activities should be paused.
There are two notifications from Hefei Entry and Exit bureau:
（1）對因疫情防控原因難以按時(shí)出境且無法及時(shí)辦理簽證、停居留證件延期手續(xù)的，移民管理機(jī)構(gòu)可依法依規(guī)視情從輕、減輕或免予逾期居留處罰。
Those who are unable to exit as scheduled or extend the visas, stay or residence permits due to the reason of epidemic prevention and control shall be given a lighter or mitigated or be exempted from punishment by the EEA authorities depending upon circumstances.
（2） 目前除武漢口岸關(guān)閉離漢通道外，我國口岸簽證機(jī)關(guān)仍正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，各陸、海、空口岸繼續(xù)對外開放運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，師生可憑有效的出境入境證件正常出入境。鑒于部分國家和地區(qū)已針對疫情實(shí)施相應(yīng)的入境管制措施，建議提前了解清楚目的地國家或地區(qū)對人員入境的規(guī)定和做法，避免因無法入境造成費(fèi)用和時(shí)間損失；前往國家、地區(qū)允許入境的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提前到達(dá)出境口岸，留出足夠時(shí)間接受相關(guān)部門檢查；已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱并伴有咳嗽、呼吸困難等急性呼吸道感染癥狀的，不應(yīng)進(jìn)行國際旅行，應(yīng)當(dāng)自覺遠(yuǎn)離人群，立即就近接受診治，并第一時(shí)間如實(shí)向?qū)W校及當(dāng)?shù)赜嘘P(guān)管理部門報(bào)告情況。
At present, except for the lockdown of the exit channel of Wuhan ports, all port visa agencies are operating as usual. All land, sea and air ports of China are functioning. You can enter or exit as usual with your valid international travel documents. Due to entry restrictions adopted by some countries and regions, it is advised that foreigners who need to exit from China, should learn in advance entry requirements of destination countries or regions to avoid financial and time losses in case of any entry refusals. Those who travel to countries or regions without entry restrictions, are advised to arrive at exit ports well ahead of departure time for necessary checks. If you have a fever with symptoms of acute respiratory infection such as cough or breathing difficulties, should avoid international travels, stay far away from the crowds, seek immediate medical treatment at the nearest hospitals and report to AISU and the local government at the first time.
疫情期間，請盡可能減少跨境流動及外出活動，保持與學(xué)校的溝通！祝全體師生假期愉快，身體健康！
It is strongly advised to reduce your cross border movements and outdoor activities during the pneumonia and keep contact with the school!
